Trials
All dogs must attend a free trial before your booking is confirmed.
The 2 hour free trial is to make sure your dog is happy at our retreat and will enjoy their stay.
We reserve the right to refuse any dog(s) if we feel they do not suit the environment.
The booking fee will be due on the day of the trial if your dog passes.

Vaccinations
All dogs must have an up to date vaccination record for their trial and their stay with us for the following:
Canine Parvovirus
Canine Distemper
Canine Hepatitis
Leptospirosis (We recommend L4 as we are based on a farm)
Kennel Cough (Bordetella bronchiseptica/ Canine Parainfluenza) is recommended but not essential
All dogs must also be treated against fleas and worms
All vaccinations must be completed at least two weeks before their stay

Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day Rate is at £60 for one dog, £80 for two and £95 for 3 dogs.

Cancellations or alterations must be made at least 30 days before your dogs stay.
The remaining balance is due when you drop off your dog. If you cancel within less than 30 days or if your dog cannot be accepted due to no fault of our own (e.g. their vaccinations are out of date, your dog is ill, injured or come on in to season etc.) 50% of the balance will still be due.
Any extra charges will be taken on collection.
